About

I am Senior Pastor of Brooklake Church located between Seattle and Tacoma, WA. Prior to Brooklake I planted and pastored The Rock Church in Lynnwood, WA for ten years. I’m also a coach to church planters and my life’s vision is to empower a movement of leaders and artists for the advancement of the Church. Along with leading Brooklake, I speak to a variety of audiences on leadership, church planting, pastoral transition, organizational culture, marriage & family, and releasing potential in those we lead.

Husband to Michelle and together we have two girls, Cambria and Marissa. When I’m relaxing I enjoy good coffee, working out, cycling, the outdoors, reading & writing, music & film, and traveling.
