Fail Faster

Thomas Edison failed some 10,000 times before successfully inventing what would become our light bulb.

10,000 times!

Many companies have a new product failure rate of 50%-70%. The reality is that a company only needs one really good product every couple years to prosper.

Maybe the local church should measure success by how fast they fail. Maybe a vibrant faith should be evaluated not by the outcomes but by the courage.

Failing faster + growing wiser = innovated success.

I think so many individuals forget that the road to success is marked with ALOT of failure. Your post exemplifies this.

Sure there are individuals who may hit a home run their first time at bat, but usually the success that follows is short lived. Those that learn to muster the failure(s) in life are somewhat molded to succeed in longer duration once they finally hit their stride.

    Great post.
